What payment methods can I use online?
Payments are processed using PayPal Express Checkout which accepts payments from your PayPal balance, Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Maestro debit or credit cards. (Note: you do not need to have an existing PayPal account.) On checkout you will be re-directed to PayPal where you will select payment method and correct billing and delivery address. You will then be returned to the MalGardee site to complete your purchase. Your transaction will be processed by PayPal in a secure, well-trusted environment.

How do I add to an order I’ve just placed?
If you wish to add to an order please contact our Customer Services team at info@malgardee.com   

I’ve changed my mind – can I cancel my order?
Due to the bespoke nature of our personalised products, once an order has been placed the order cannot be cancelled.

Do your prices include VAT?
For all orders for delivery to the UK or EU, VAT at 20% is included within the price, unless otherwise stated.

Is my information held securely by MalGardee?
Our site uses secure server software to protect your information whenever you place an order or access your account information. This software encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us to minimise the risk of this being intercepted before it is received by us. We also follow a tight security procedure as required under UK Data Protection Legislation (the Data Protection Act 1998) to protect the information that we store about you from unauthorised access.

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

What type of foil personalisation does MalGardee offer?
To ensure our foil personalisation is clean, crisp & polished the foil lies flat on the paper rather than being debossed into the paper. This gives a modern look and smart, mirrored, high definition finish without compromising on the tone and beauty of traditional engravers’ foils. The video on our homepage shows this.
