Postage and packaging are charged at cost price and we are careful to bring you the lowest shipping rates possible. Shipping rates are calculated according to weight, size and destination.

Your order will be delivered within 3-5 working days (including Saturdays) of you placing your order.

A signature is required upon delivery.

Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed

From placing your order, it will be delivered within:

  • Western Europe - 4-6 working days
  • Eastern Europe and Russia - 5-7 working days
  • Rest of the World - 7-9 working days

Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed service provides the facility to track parcels in most international destinations (link to list of destinations offering tracking)

A signature is required upon delivery.

If you order products from our site for delivery outside of the UK they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. For further information please contact your local customs office.

Sales to non-EU customers are zero rated. We have used the VAT equivalent to heavily reduce international shipping costs.



Product quality is extremely important to us, and we have thorough quality control steps in place to ensure products delivered are of the highest quality.
In the unlikely event of an item arriving faulty, please contact us by email within 30 days of delivery and we will be happy to replace it.
Due to the bespoke nature of our personalised products any products which are faulty, arrive damaged or are lost in the post are not subject to refund, instead a replacement will be issued.
Please contact our customer service to arrange a return for the faulty item and obtain our returns address - any unauthorised returns will not be accepted.
When returning the faulty item, please ensure that you obtain proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost in transit.
We will notify you by email of receipt of the item and once the item has been inspected we will issue a replacement and refund postage costs via your original method of payment.

Due to the bespoke nature of our personalised products, one an order has been placed the order cannot be cancelled.

Similarly, we are not able to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind returns.
